Our aim at CFBOC is to create a fun, hard-working, positive, and supportive environment for our staff and volunteers. We are a faith-based ministry, so it is common to see scripture and prayer play a role in meetings, team building, and many other areas of our workplace setting. We desire to find like-minded individuals excited to work with us and truly join our team as we serve those in need in our community.
