What You Need To Bring:

- Proof of household income (From everyone living in the house. Including any/all type of income) 

-Proof of Residence (if you are renting a house without a lease, you need to bring in a letter from whomever you pay)

-Names & Birthdates for all dependents 

After You're Qualified:

-You get a key tag that MUST be used at all CFBOC Distributions

-You can only go to a CFBOC distribution TWICE a month (regardless of location)
